Canada's New Face of Democracy Prime Minister Stephen Harper???

There are extremely abusive laws that exist in Canada. Little known of and written for politicians by their bureaucrats to get re-elected. The Canada Divorce Act is a prime example of an unjust and abusive system gone astray. In Canada you do not have to be the natural or the legal adoptive parent to pay child support. For spousal support a woman can just claim that her estranged husband made a certain amount of salary and the judge will accept that even if the estranged husband shows his actual income tax returns the Judge will dismiss that information. You do not have to be a good lawyer to get dramatic results for a woman in Canada especially British Columbia and send a man to his financial ruin. In Canada your old age pension and disability pension will be seized for non-payment of child support even though the children are not your natural children nor have been adopted by the husband. Canada has signed on to the Hague agreement with respect to child support and family maintenance enforcement. We will quote cases heard in Canada and their outcomes and then you can decide or comment.
The Hague would be better served by standardizing what constitutes the legal definition of a child for child support and not allow stupid bureaucrats and judges in Canada to define a child a child of the marriage and demand that family maintenance and child support be paid based on fact and not opinion. The term children of the marriage is coined by Canadian bureaucrats so as to give validity to a judges order to children that are not paternal children.
Support orders should be calculated based on actual income not a Judges or Masters whim or opinion when given the facts. Even though Canada claims that they use a family members income reports for calculating child support and maintenance this is not the case and any official statement by Canada to the contrary is an outright lie.
The Hague, which at one time in the past was a bastion of protection for human and civil rights abuses, will not review child support and family maintenance abuses by countries. Is this because they know that abuses exist and they don’t want to find countries in contempt of civil rights? The only thing The Hague is interested in is in how countries can enforce each other’s maintenance obligations. Does in this case the end justify the means again? You decide visit their web site. We have provided a link to their site.
If you have any similar experiences in Canada such as child support obligations for children that are not your natural children or spousal support that is higher than your stated or reported income. Then share your experiences on our web site and we will post your case on our site. Together we can send a unified message to the elected government officials in Canada that their laws are ridiculous and abusive.
Don't be intimidated by technical jargon of government bureaucrats and their maintenance enforcement personnel. They don't have a clue of the real world. The elected officials in Parliament are the ones that create the laws and pass them they can also rescind laws if enough people file complaints. Don't be a silent victim of the system stand up for your rights.
UN Declaration of Human Rights. See what Canada violates.
New Spousal Support Laws in Canada
Canada has 2 official languages yet in Quebec only French must be used. Bill 101 is still on the books. You have a reasonable freedom of speech in Canada however it is not in the language of your choice.
